3ds max Convert

So lately ive been trying to convert myself over to 3ds max and the process has been a good experience. Im finding the max interface much easier to navigate and the viewport canvas is simply fantastic. Going to start using it regurly for a friends project. Will have images up soon of some models.

OK For my Personal Project

Well ive been mulling around a few ideas about a personal project for the summer and ive settled on Doing a 1950's era gas station thats been left to rot after a war has broken out on American soil involving a newly regrouped Japan.


Just Started with the gas pump and am taking it into ZBrush Today.

Blahhhhh


Had to model these super quick to solve a rotation problem within the udk assets. Threw a red and cream color scheme on them and made em dirty. Apparently when you rotate attached objects the player cannot walk on them as they force the player camera to violently turn 180 degrees without warning. These solved the problem The other models in the scene are udk assets. Just testing out some stuff using them.

Ok so my buddy wanted me to do the facial texture for his senoir film in Maya. I used the fast skin shader in maya wiith multuple layers and a spec map and a bump. My friend Dave did the model while i Textured just the face.

Throwingsome stuff up.

Well im going to start posting stuff up im working on for my portfolio. most are just personal projects im doing.
